Spotless place and marvellous location, loved supper friendly and accommodating staff. The queen room was relaxing, it had a safe box, a mini bar and central heating. The bed was very comfy; and there was a bathtub.

The warm gesture of providing towels right after our early check-in let us unwind by the pool before we even settled into our room. Really good cleanliness and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

Loved chilling in the spa too, was defs a nice escape! The beach is just a hop away, a bonus for our lazy days.

Only downside was the aircon in the room, it struggled to stay cool during the heat-bit of a bummer.

The staff were kind and attentive throughout my stay. I enjoyed the pool view from my room, made for a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were a highlight, with a diverse selection of fresh ingredients and local flavors.

Limited options for those with dietary restrictions made dining a challenge.

Air conditioning struggles to cool rooms adequately!!! Pool areas need better maintenance, and parking can be a hassle during busy times!!! Consider addressing towel limitations and inconsistent cleaning !!!

The location of the hotel was super nice, really quiet and clean. Pool area was great with plenty of spaces and the food was so good, like, really good. Our room was roomy and modern, and cleaned every day. Staff were really friendly and always ready to help out.

only issue was the air conditioning in the room wasn't super cold and the wifi was kinda slow, annoying.

The hotel offers a fabulous dining experience with diverse options for both breakfast and dinner. We especially appreciated the lovely outdoor pool area. Access to the beach and nearby bars was a fantastic bonus.

The breakfast buffet was vast! They even had fresh omelets and this good fruit selection, something for every picky eater, trust me. And the outdoor pool was a revelation, no big crowds, just relaxation-perfect for unwinding after a long day.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but worth every penny for the experience.

Pool areas are very nice. The food options were excellent. Beach nearby was a plus. Getting a sunbed was a bit tough at times. The air conditioning in the room struggled a bit on hotter days.

Staying with my niece was a delight. The rooftop pool offered fine views, and the large room made for a cozy atmosphere. We loved the fun vibe by the near beach, perfect for our sunny adventures together.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities.

It was just a balanced option for a short staycation in Canyamel with fantastic value for money. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a plethora of choices including fresh fruits, full English, and delicious omelettes. Consider renting a car for easier access to nearby restaurants and attractions.
